Privilege Card Launch

The scheme offers discounts and special offers at local shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and other amenities and is exclusive to the tenants and their employees. The privilege card scheme uses the collective buying power of the buildings current 465 employees (which should rise to 950 on full occupancy) and is operated through the website of The Watermarque Building, which is also being launched today. The website also includes a section to accommodate smaller occupiers in a suites concept, a quarterly free prize draw and many other innovative services for existing and prospective tenants.
